PRP (Platelet rich plasma) is an advanced aesthetic treatment method that harnesses your body’s own natural power to heal itself. It works by injecting the patient’s own concentrated blood which contains potent growth factors, compounds and nutrients into the hair follicles. This promotes the stimulation and reactivation of dormant, weakened or newly implanted hair follicles resulting in thicker and healthier hair. When injected, growth factors are released which trigger/maintains new hair cell production.

This treatment consists of taking a small sample of your blood which is then placed in a centrifuge to separate the plasma to create platelet rich plasma. This is then injected into the chosen area.

This treatment is effective for males and females, it works best for treating thinning hair, slowing or stopping the progression of hair loss, pattern hair loss and promoting hair growth after hair transplants.

Due to the hair growth cycle, you will start to see optimal visible results within three to six months, this includes improvement in thickness of the hair shaft, hair texture and growth of new hairs in the treated area. We Recommended 3-4 treatments every 4-6 weeks depending on loss of hair and period of hair loss.
