How Often Is Profhilo® Required?

PROFHILO® BODY treatment requires one-two initial injection sessions, which are recommended a month apart. For optimal results It is recommended to have maintenance treatment twice a year.

The effects of PROFHILO® BODY treatment generally last for around 6-12 months, but this is dependent on the skin laxity of the patient.

Side Effects?

PROFHILO® BODY does not contain stabilising agents and is made using 100% pure and safe HA. Thus, PROFHILO® BODY has almost no visible side effects.

However, some patients may experience mild soreness or redness of the treatment area following the treatment. Any side effects usually subside in a few hours.

What Can I Expect During PROFHILO® Body Treatment?

Every treatment involves a personalised consultation to ensure that this is the correct treatment to meet your needs. Before treatment, a topical anaesthesia may be applied to the treatment area to minimise discomfort during the injection process. The PROFHILO® BODY injectable component is injected into ten specifically selected Bio Aesthetic Points (BAPs) in the treatment area. The small number of injection points ensures that efficacy through diffusion is maximised while the risk of damaging blood vessels and nerves is minimised.

After treatment, you will receive 4 PROFHILO® FIGURA – BODY PATCH and one bottle (150ml) of PROFHILO® FIGURA – BODY CREAM to take home. The PROFHILO® Figura Body Patch can be applied to soothe and hydrate the skin following the treatment. At the same time, the PROFHILO® Body Cream is a fast-absorbing and rich remodelling cream that complements the treatment procedure and provides deep hydration and toning.
